Tip Top Tailors

Bought a water proof wind & temp proof point zero coat and its going on year number 2 and not a single issue . Certainly the best place Ive ever shopped for a coat. Great staff and they send you home feeling good. They even hooked up a nice protector for the coat as if it was a tuxedo, very pleased. Would highly recommend. (P.s - The coat is still 100% water/Temp proof*)

Went to this store today. Worst service ever.we were looking for the Calvin Klein suits advertised available at all store. She told us nope they are never on sale and argues with us. We walked out and told her we were going somewhere they knew what they were doing. We went on another location and bought the suit two shirts a tie and a tie clip. Her loss. Much better service at the Brantford store. 5 star service in Brantford.

Ordered my wedding party's pants and dress shirts ( bought not rented). Each store doesn't share information if you buy (and the guys lived in different spots) so each groomsmen had to bring a picture of the reciept from the first purchase to their location, to ensure it was the same. Ended up with two different pants and three different shirts between six guys some being different prices. Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend.

This was my worst experience renting a tuxedo. It was for my wedding (in 2012) that was being held in another city that also has a Tip Top Tailors. They never gave the option to have the tuxedo shipped to that location, even though it is one of the services they provide. We had to go out of our way the day of the wedding to pick up the tuxedos, since one of the tuxes didn't fit properly. There was also a promotion that the groom would receive his tuxedo rental free. I think there was a stipulation that there needed to be enough people in the party renting tuxedos. We had enough people, but I was never reimbursed for my rental, despite the fact I returned it without any issues. Use someone else when renting a tuxedo.

Shockingly bad service. Charged for not returning a suit bag I wasn't even given in the first place. Rude staff who really have no clue how to do their job. Wouldn't recommend tip top tailors to anyone!
