Drive-through was extremely slow. They initially screwed up my order of a sausage breakfast wrap. They informed me at the window and apologized for the extra minute wait. Not a problem. Opening my wrap up while on the road, this is what I got...take a look at the images.  I would have waited an extra minute for them to remake it instead of getting this wrap I had to throw out. Very bad customer experience.

Coffee has an odd taste to it. Ordered a peppermint hot beverage, at the bottom of the inside of the cup was a bunch of unknown jelly type flakes. Management was not even certain what it was, and I think they should know. Hopefully, just a one time fluke...

Lots of room but the parking lot is in a slopped not ideal for motocycle.
