Went there on Christmas Eve December 24 night with my family paid at 180755 and the manger was not even opening his mouth saying even a single word to me the whole time when I asked if I could exchange a new fries because the one I got were soggy and and hot and he grabbed the one I passed to him threw straight in the garage And then brought a new one to my table which was appreciated but he didn't even say anything just as if I am a robot And he just doesn't need to talk at all. What is food . What is experience . What is quality . It’s this restaurant here . From the foundation of its heart this is a place team members come together and make magic happen one mcchicken at a time . And with great leaders I gotta say it was a very happy meal . Thank you to the team and awesome manager Patrick who made this the best experience ever

Waited in the drive tru for 10 min with only 2 cars ahead at the window and no one talked to us or took our order that whole time . Pretty sure it wasn’t that busy on a Monday night at 8:10 pm . We just left without ordering .

Absolutely useless night time staff, young guy there, clean shaven took 45mins for 2 cars, yes its 1:30 am. But than bag proceeded to just straight rip spilling everything. Fri container wasnt even put together it exploded open. Took him 45mins for him to just ruin it all

Your phone number does not work! If it does I was hung up on 37 times this morning. Trying to resolve an issue being overcharged for a milkshake. Milkshake was 587. They charged me $58.37nI brought this to the attention of the manager with no success. I have tried emailing, Calling etc.. with no luck. Please rectify the situation.
