Very bad customer service,ordered a steak buiscut, hardly found a small piece of burned, hard steak, wondering if the managers are checking the completed product quality, no value for what you paid for, very poor service and quality...

This location needs some serious help with customer service. I will not return to this location. I loves Tim's but this location really sucks.

Worst Tim Horton on the face of all Canada! Slowest workers I've seen yet in any business, they messed up and incredibly easy order. Like come on, 4×4 sugar and cream coffee when I asked for a green tea? Not to mention the coffee tasted old stale and burnt and the tea smelled like stagnant swamp water that was most likely sucked up from the nearby wetlands,( I sat smelled b because no one here was brave enough to actually drink some.. which is probably good because a disease could easily have been contracted) and to top off this whole terrible experience the Tim Horton staff called the danm cops on me for apparently being drunk (Which I most certainly NOT!) while picking up coffees and teas for the boys at work this morning. Definitely the most terrible experience at any Tim Hortons or even any restaurant I've been to In my entire life. Never will I ever go back to that God forsaken place for as long as I live!!!
