Jeffrey's Cafe Co. - Nordic Court

Absolutely horrible experience. I visited Jeffrey's for my hour lunch break recently and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. While I enjoyed the atmosphere the service and food was unacceptable for the price. I arrived at noon and was not even acknowledged until 12:15. Once I was finally helped I was told I could sit and someone would take my order. I was not given a menu. By 12:25 I was beginning to get upset that no one had been by to even give me a menu. I approached the counter and asked for a menu and place a to go order at the counter. I ordered a soup, a green apple salad and a latte to go $25. After placing my order I sat down and waited My latte came first approx. 5 min after ordering. The salad came next but did not come out until at least 12:45. By now I was getting upset because I am meant to be back at work by 1:00. I waited until 12:50 and still no sign of my soup which simply needed to be laddled into a to-go container. Finally I asked for my soup and to my surprise they had forgotten I even ordered it. By the time I left it was 1:00pm. Therefore, it took an hour to get a to go salad and soup. Beyond my frustration with the service the soup was cold and bland and the apples in the salad were brown and mushy. Overall, $25 was an absurd amount to pay for an average deli style lunch and I will not return for lunch to this location again. I rarely make a point to post reviews but I felt as though this needed to be shared. Thank-you

Must have caught out waitress in a bad day. Had very very poor service. Beyond taking our orders and serving our meals, our waitress did nothing exceptional. No refills, no follow up on our meals, no bill, no greeting when we arrived, no "how are you today". Just exceptionally poor service. My compliments to the chef, our meals were spectacular.

It was ok. My Cubano sandwich was very good. Another visit brought some very dried out quiche.

Fantastic coffee and great service. Not much to say other than that they are above par. Definitely recommended if you are looking to break away from Starbucks.

Quickest service of all locations. When I go to Jefferys on my lunch breaks I always choose here because the others have unfortunately been slow in their service.

Got a quick bite here and the staff were nice. The food was okay.
