Tim Hortons

Extremely disappointed in the service and the lack of care. Whenever I go to the place my order is always incorrect and they will charge me for the add on to a sandwich and not actually put it on the sandwich! I highly recommend not wasting your time here.

I don't know why I try to give this tim hortons a chance every few months or so.nThe sandwich I just bought had sat for so long the sauce was clear. And the meat and cheese was basically mended together in a mush that cannot be considered edible. 15$ for a sandwich and a coffee is nuts.nn15$ for a coffee that poorly resembles coffee and a sandwich that a homeless man would be offended to be offered for free. Top notch guys

I was going for a chocolate donut and coffee at least 15/30 of the mornings a month.nnMy coffee is as expected, is good. It is a coffee place. Pretty difficult to mess a chocolate dip donut up, I haven't had any nasty experiences with that.nnWorkers can be real slow in the mornings.nThis is the 3rd morning in the past 7 visits where I go to grab my order, which is ordered 5 minutes ahead and something is missing, this last time it was my coffee. The 10 second order is not made in the 5 minutes of notice. These people are either over staffed and standing around like lost little puppies or under staffed and moving slow as retail workers.nnIt's a coffee place, get a cup and move it, hundreds of guys order in the early mornings and these workers move like we have an hour wait for them. We don't.nnLast week, I kid you not I counded 8 workers, 6 of them stood around and chatted, it took me a whole 80 seconds to get someone to get me my order which had not been started. They were too busy talking.nnRecent experiences in day time is been okay but I refuse to go here in the mornings.

Terrible service, 10 minutes for a black coffee ordered through kiosk. Not updating electronic list at all. Have music blaring can't hear them if you sit down have to wait at counter entire time.

Asked for almond milk because im very allergic to dairy, now im home real sick, definetly didnt give me almond, seems they give what thet have without telling you or if they are busy they will give you a regular coffee , if you got allergies stay away they dont seem to listen.
