They dont always get the order right. But it is almost always fairly busy. They need to work on rotation of stock.

Absolutely terrible experience for the 15 people queuing out of the door because there were 7 staff focusing as usual on the drive through. I saw no manager no leadership a total mess no organization no appologies for making us wait up to 15 mins. I am writing to head office because all To.s locations in Grande Prairie are the worst I have visited in Alberta except the prairie mall. Get the lazy owners and managers and hold them accountable dreadful customer.

Beware! Ordering a bun with your soup combo stops from bundling it and you end up paying much more for it. Nice business anthics!

Timmy's used to be my favorite but since it's been bought out by a US company it's going downhill. Quality is dropping and to much on the menu making lines longer and ordering slow.
