Folks have been confusing BBQ with grilling for quite some time. Sorry folks, but what goes on in your backyard with your gas or charcoal grill is grillin’ ...not BBQ!

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
Grilling is high temperature & happens fast, over direct heat.
Real BBQ is LOW & SLOW using indirect heat. It takes years to perfect & is measured in hours & days, not in minutes like with grilling.

Ate here today and it was great. I had the signature burger and it was delicious. I’ve eaten here before and had another signature dish with meatloaf that was super good as well. Definitely recommend this place for atmosphere and food quality. Great food at a good price. They also have a great selection on tap, try their microburst. Ladies are great at what they do and deliver great service :
Went here for the first time on Valentine’s Day. We did not have a reservation and the staff was very accommodating. The food was good but the service was top notch. Should our to Danelle who made sure we were taken care of.
The food here was to die for. We got the buffalo potato skins that were absolutely loaded, and I got the bacon bomb dinner which was meatloaf wrapped in bacon and smoked. The smoke ring on that meatloaf was 10/10! And the mac n cheese was so good I was disappointed I didn't get morennAnd Brooke our server was so great! Can't say enough good things and we'll definitely be back
I arrived before my party of 7 and sat at the bar. There was one other table and a couple guys at the bar. The server was there by her lonesome, and she was fantastic. Service was prompt, efficient, and I think I may have gotten her to crack a chuckle towards the end nnI had the steak sandwich, well seasoned, cooked how I ordered, and the cut was nice in my experience, the cut of steak in a steak sandwich is hit or miss; this was a definite hit. I didn't think the grizzled onions added much to it but, that's a personal preference thing, and I paid for the extra mushrooms, which were good.nnThe Dill Soup was the star of the show. My first taste took me by surprise. I put the spoon down, and had to think about what I was tasting. I mean, it delivers what it promises, dill in soup, but just so damn good! After the second spoonful, I was hooked! This would have been a 4-star review had it not been for the soup. It's one of those dishes that I am going to crave, and each visit to GP, I am going to have to go to Red Rock and order the Dill Soup.
Feels super homey, Service was great, the waitress was super nice and the food was incredible, some of the best food I’ve ever had. I was beyond impressed and will definitely be coming back.
