Located at the north end of the Holiday Inn on 107th Street, we are a family restaurant with a casual flair. You may wonder why we are called Seasons on 40 well, that is because like Grande Prairie, we change with the Seasons. Our menu will maintain your favourites, but will also provide variety. We all have our seasonal favourites and Seasons on 40 tries to provide that. Combined with our well rounded menu are the fresh buffets which run everyday for breakfast. We don't stop there! Our evening fare is always fresh, These range from locally outsourced steaks, to a delectable halibut. We have a wide range of appetizers to start your meal or just enjoy a light evening snack. Combined with all of this is a one of a kind variety of desserts which finish a meal beautifully. Our lounge, featuring its own menu, would be considered second to none for class, beauty and variety.

Sunday breakfast buffet was ok, but a little picked over by 11am.  Most of the cheese was sweating and there wasn't much for fresh fruit left.  There were no pancakes and only two pieces of French toast to be had.  On the bright side, eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns were plentiful and tasty.  The price is good for what you get.

The food was mediocre at best. My gfs salad was wilted.....the beef barley soup was bland. We thought we would give this place s try but in the end it was disappointing. Our waitress took a while to refill our drinks....overall disappointing.  It's safe to say we won't be returning again.

Food came in way too late, more than 90 minutes!!!
My friend got the wrong order, and was asked to have it if he didn't want to wait too long, like 15min after ?!?
Switched waitressses as the initial one was under a lot of pressure. Even the free beer we got because of the wait came in wayyy to late!

Ribs were coming from a baby pig ?!?

Will not return!

Don't go here for the buffet if that's what you are wanting to enjoy. Buffet doesn't get topped off when running low. We walked in at 11, were told we couldn't order off the breakfast menu anymore because it shuts down at 11. So my daughter went to the buffet and everything was empty. They expected us to wait for buffet, or wait for lunch.
