I recently visited Tim's Grande Prairie on 100 Ave and had a fantastic experience thanks to Joel! Not only was my order quick, but Joel's friendly service made my day. He greeted me with a smile, took my order efficiently, and ensured everything was just right. I highly recommend stopping by and saying hi to Joel for a positive start to your day!

I am tired of this Tim’s rushing so much that they cannot even take the time to make your food. Also please stop handing two to three items of food out the drive thru window at a time. Photo is the sandwich I got that I had to re cut and build myself because they were to much in a rush.

My ice coffee taste more like water, asked for a vanilla and they didn’t add any sweetener. The chocolate glaze doesn’t have glaze on it and my turkey bacon club is burnt and quite small compared to any other Tim’s I’ve been to. Staff were slow and asked why I was still waiting when they hadn’t even begun to make my iced coffee. Not going to this location again

Service is not up to any Tim's standard.nHorrible service. No job ethics with in staff. It's chaos.nStaff do not understand English properly in drive-through.nOne order is taking 22 minutes with 8 visible staff at the store.nLack of training and job ethics, I guess. Or maybe Owner doesn't care!!!

i go here everyday almost and on the weekdays i have no problems but every single time i go in on a weekend my order is beyond messed up. on top of that the staff are all rude and im sorry to say but not that bright. like i ordered a bacon grilled cheese melt one time easiest thing ever literally a grilled cheese right? well somehow turkey and an ungodly amount of mayo found its way in there.....PLEASE GET A NEW WEEKEND CREW *update* I'm not a chef or anything but isnt the cheese supposed to be warm and melted?
