Starbucks

Slowest drive through service. It's faster to park and get the drinks inside than drive through.

My order was wrong, which they did remake when I let them know but they made me feel like I did something wrong when I asked them to fix their mistake. The service was slow and the team don't seem to work well together. Perhaps they were understaffed? I am trying to be gracious... The store itself is fairly new. However it was not clean. All the tables and chairs were dirty.

Rating reflects only on their drive thru. Way too slow most of the time Ive gone (6 times) and they don't seem to mind. Do not do drive thru even if there's only 3 cars in line.

Surrounding: nice area 😍 has a drive-tru but very confusing. 😵 Food: the food and drinks are the same from any other Starbucks Experience: the staff aren't that friendly they might have had a rough day maybe when I came but they all look so pissed. The service was okay they all walked they were slow and didn't care. I heard a worker who said to his friend I swear if another frap comes thru so I'm guessing their all tried and done

This is a pretty decent Starbucks, and one of the few in the area with a drive thru. Their is a lot of staff turnover here, but the few long term staff that are here are really good and pretty friendly.
