Tim Hortons

This location used to be my favourite Tim Hortons to go to. Recently, they have been messing up every order of mine. Asked for a london fog, got a black coffee. Asked for a london fog, got a french vanilla. Asked for a vanilla cold brew, got a vanilla iced coffee. Either the staff needs to be trained better or needs to just pay more attention to people’s orders. It’s disappointing constantly getting the wrong order.

If you’re not used to Tim Horton’s, the screens above the counter scroll too fast! Huge pictures and tiny written info made ordering frustrating! Good value compared to a UK equivalent to be fair!

Staff are super friendly and efficient. Kim runs a tight ship with kindness and respect to her employees while working as a team member always.

Everyone is very lovely and can't complain about food or service. Always a pleasant experience.

This Tim Hortons location has friendly staff and efficient service. I really appreciate that the breakfast wraps are well made and hot!
