Pan Mai Restaurant

Had a nice meal! Ordered the #5 meal deal w/ an egg roll while my partner ordered the #8. I found the chicken balls to be amazing! Have ordered this a few times for take out and the quality is the same. It was enjoyable to eat at the restaurant as well

My family and I went in and enjoyed the whole meal. We all had separate meals but it came out hot and quite enjoyable. The price was fair. They had problem with the heat in the restaurant the day we were there and they were very apologetic but it really wasn't that uncomfortable to sit in. The lady was very kind and served us well

Honestly, I was sceptical at first because of the 3.8 star review, but I decided to give it a go. We've been disappointed with other local Chinese restaurants, and this was the last place we needed to try, but they did not disappoint. Everything was AMAZING! We ordered a dinner for two with two extra egg rolls, mushroom egg foo young, sesame chicken, and chicken balls. Everything was very tasty. This will definitely be our new go-to local Chinese spot.

Serve is extremely poor as they are really under staffed. You are served soda in a can with a straw. No water to the table unless you ask for it. Waitress is taking take out orders over the phone and cashing out takeout orders to customers while tables wait for serve. Food quality and portion size has fallen dramatically. You are served one sweet and sour sauce no matter how many sweet and sour dishes that are ordered. They charge extra for more sweet and sour sauce. The owner is getting nasty with customers. We ordered a dinner for four and the last dish came out when we were just about done. Our waitress tried really hard to keep everyone happy and apologized so many times to customers regarding the poor service. This was our go to place but will not be returning.

Vegetables are crunchy, beef is soft, the buns are sweet. Enjoyed our meal.
