Pan Mai Restaurant

We ordered a few items just to try it out since it was our first time there. I love fried rice and I didn't like it here at all very bland and barely anything inside. I did however enjoy everything else. The server was nice but didn't check on us. We had to ask for refills. I would go again for a second try. It's average

"Would you like to have the buffet or order from the menu?" "Buffet please." *walks over to buffet* ITS EMPTY. All there was was metal trays with scrappings. Waited and waited for food to come out... By the time food was brought out people rushed over and 10 seconds passed and empty and waiting again... If you know you're going to be busy....why isn't this a priority?????? Also had my partner ordered off the menu and he had to reorder 3 times as the order was not right, all 3 times. He then had to settle for a cold meal and they brought out his fillings from the FIRST DISH and told him they picked it out and they did not have time to fix him up a new plate. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Nothing was done to compensate this extremely replauing experience.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Worst restaurant in penetang. Rude and disrespectful staff who made constant excuses for the poor food and service. I had to reorder my meal 3 separate times, I was reserved the first meal I had sent back and by the time they got my food to me it was cold, and the rest of my group had finished eating. I expressed my displeasure with the staff and no effort was made to correct their actions, infact they still expected a tip. Restaurants run like this should be shut down.

The food was great specially the Wonton Soup and the Egg rolls, Love the server Janice being proactive in asking for any service. Would definitely come back to try out different items..

The food isn't as good as the old owners. Won't go back. Food was terrible.
