Went here to get a treat, service was not great but that’s nothing new.nI tried to order Timbits and they didn’t “have enough “ do they not make new ones ever? I got some but only gave me two flavours.

Bought a cinnamon bagel here today, at 7:45 am. Expected to have a fresh bagel but got dry, clearly yesterday-made one. Spoiled a breakfast experience for me.

This location charged me $21 for a $7.89 meal and two small chocolate milks. The girl working the counter also forgot the hash brown, and tried to charge me an additional $2. Her listening skills were horrible. She rang the order in wrong but refused to understand that she shouldn’t have entered in individual items. It’s simple math that she refused to acknowledge. I felt totally ripped off, but because I was in a hurry to get back on the road I grabbed my items and left.nnFor their rude behaviour, unwillingness to listen, and over charging me for my food, one star.

Was telling the lady at the front we had a big order coming, drinks came out great! Then asked for food and told her 3 different times what we wanted on the one sandwich, then proceeded to get the wrong thing, then the girl in the back grabbed it out of my friend’s hand and threw it in the garbage… had so much attitude from the girl in the back

My kids and I received exceptional service today especially from Shanyne hope I got the spelling right. Thank you so much for your kindness. We got home safe thanks to your help!
