I do a lot of McDonald’s and other fast food reviews as a tradesman’s. I was interested in this particular restaurant because of its poor reviews. I came here for a lunch rush on a Friday. I must say the place was immaculate. It was clean, inside and out. The restrooms weee decent. The service was fast and professional. There was a ton of parking. The driver rough outside was moving along quickly. My food was hot and fresh dine-in. I’m gonna say I think a lot of the negativity is partially due to the entitlement of the community. But there may not be a correlation. Enjoy!
The washrooms are disgusting. The ketchup dispenser not working. The tables are not wiped. Was there for one hour. Tables still not wiped. Washroom has never been cleaned. Maybe once this week
The place was absolutely dirty, and the thrash cans we're overflowing with trash.nI had to set my waste on top .nThe tables and chairs were sticky and dirty as well.nIt took 15 minutes before they served me.nThere we're maybe a handful of customers in the building.nI understand that the drive-through is your number one priority time, which is an essence.
Ordered the grinch happy meal as it was supposed to come with socks or something to do with the grinch didn’t receive anything. My fries were old and cold so were the nuggets. The guy in the drive through you couldn’t understand what he was saying and was not that friendly. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Will not be going back.
Every time I order an iced coffee, no matter what size, it is loaded with WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR. When I ask for less sugar they give me vanilla? They can never get it right! I have tried and tries again thinking it may have been the person working that time of day but it didn't matter. It's the same every time! It used to be a convenient stop on the way to work. Now I will avoid it!
