Guy working the window was fantastic..but when did a BELT come with no lettuce or tomato? Took the egg off for my kid

Was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes only 4 cars ahead of us. When ordering they did not have anything we wanted so in the end just got a drink. Staff was not helpful at all for a 24 hour Tim Hortons you should not run out of the essentials.

Managers are very cheerful even they looks tired already.. I love the donuts and cold beverages.

I am truck driver, driving calgary Edmonton, normally we stop after 11pm on this location to have our cup of coffee, until now no one refuse to give us coffee from d window via drive thru . all staff is very good every time we knocked window and they serve us nicely , But this night around midnight 30-jan-2025 a new lady refuse to serve us coffee and start argument with me , was refusing to give coffee, and she said they never serve coffee from drive thru window , finally after argument she served me coffee and refused for a bagel and she said @ we don't have any bagel and next time not come via drive thru window, it's really bad behaviour in these years on this tim Horton, please keep in mind solve this matter asap thank you
