Stopped by driving from Calgary to Red Deer this morning. The food and the coffee was good and the service was fast. The staff are not very personable though. Being friendly is not too hard. I try to be nice and smile. I wish that people like servers would do it back. The location is fairly large and kept pretty clean. Maybe the service was rough on the morning rush. That may explain why the staff was not overly pleasant to be around. Would still recommend this place for sure. Super convenient when on the road.
Asked for a Venti and got a Grande. Cup is filled to the brim with ice. I got 2 sips of my drink. Terrible. I am a previous Starbucks employee and this amount of ice is stupid.
We came right before close. The staff were not rushed to get rid of us. They were incredibly friendly and made me a fantastic pistachio latte. The building was very clean. Fantastic experience!

This Starbucks is honestly THE BEST STARBUCKS I have ever been to. Not because of the location or atmosphere which are great too. But because of the amazing people that work here. The drive thru staff always are top notch. They are spectacular human beings that deserve so much recognition. I will skip 6 other Starbucks just to come here. They always make the drink perfectly and offer it with the nicest smiles. Thank you guys so much. You guys are such a gem. 5 from me.
