Service is incredibly slow. It seems as though most employees are trainees and are less than helpful.

Unbelievably slow. I've given this location many visits over the past few months. Neither day of the week nor time of day seems to impact their sheer SLOTH nature... There are ALWAYS staff standing around or mindlessly "cleaning" while there is a line, often of three or more people, waiting to even place their order... Either management or or a staffing change needs to be made. This is a QUICK SERVICE establishment

Good food and sandwiches. Nice for a quick and easy lunch.

This location loves to cheap out on coffee everytime we order coffee or French vanillas they NEVER fill it up to the line always inch under or more. Which drives me nuts when you pay $6 for drinks and it's not full. They are very loud speaking in there're language at the window or when your ordering which is rude. NO garbage outside for drive-thru people just throw there junk on the floor.

This is seriously the worst Tim hortons I've ever been to. I come here quite frequently as it is closest to my house but they mess my order up about 80% of the time. I'm continuously charged for farmers breakfast wraps and receive no hash brown on them. Every time I go through the drive threw there is like 3 people passing me things at once then I'm told to pull around the side so they can get there drive threw times down even if there is no one else in the drive through. Whenever I go in I'm told it'll be like 8 minutes for eggs or something and everyone is too focused on the drive threw times to give decent service to the people inside.
