The coffie is good and the service is fast. Seems like the whole community meets up here. Very clean modern restaurant. The cashier acted like she never seen a Timmy's gift card and that was a bit odd.

Slow service at this location. The drive-thru on a weekend before noon will back up into the street and will slowly inches up. If you head inside, there seems to be a lot of workers joking around. I'm starting to find that their coffee is inconsistent. I have a minimum of 2x a day and they never seem to taste the same.

I don't understand why when I get refills in my cups they will pour the coffee in a tims cup ..then pour it from the tims cup into my mug ..x5 times since I get 5 refills..waiste of time n waisting their cups..they very very often over charge...

Very slow service inside the store. I never post reviews but i got bored waiting to order my coffee. There were 2 people in front of me, I’ve been here 15 minutes and still haven’t ordered.

This location was great for the first 3 years that I lived in Aylmer. I usually go thru the drive through almost every day on the way to work. However, over the past 2 months, something has changed drastically! I'm not sure what happened... but now the drive thru is EXTREMELY slow. I have been late to work 3 times now because I was stuck in drive thru for 15 minutes, and there were only 4 cars ahead of me!!! (This location used to take 2 minutes, tops, even with 4 cars ahead). I gave the staff the benefit of the doubt after the first time it happened, so I went back. However, EVERY TIME I've been there in the past couple of months, drive thru has been terribly slow. I did bring this up with a young gentleman at the window, and he said that less people were being scheduled per shift. The manager has to do something about this very quick, because they are losing loyal customers every single day. I've had to "pull out" of the drive thru line twice because I couldn't afford waiting, and have seen many other people have to do the same. I hope to see an improvement soon, as this was my go-to coffee fix spot on the way to work. Disappointing.
