I just bought beans from Aroma Select for the first time based on a friend's recommendation. They have a selection from around the world but I thought I'd go with the owner's house blend called "Varianza". I don't think I've ever had such a perfectly balanced tasting cup of coffee. And at $3.30 / 100g, that's a most excellent value!

They have the absolute best Sumatra coffee I've ever had. Once you've tasted their coffee - all others are mediocre.

The owner is very knowledgeable and was able to help me find the perfect coffee for the brew method I was looking. The price is also very reasonable and the selection is comparable to any other roaster around.

Excellent coffee selection, probably one of the best in the Gatineau area and in the larger Ottawa area.
