Tim Hortons

I usually never leave reviews, but this time I felt I should. This Tim Hortons seemed to have a lack of teamwork . I’m not sure who the lady in charge was, but she was shouting in front of customers, which felt very unprofessional. The girls at the front were clearly struggling in the morningnand we ended up waiting almost 20 minutes just for one coffee.

I visited Tim Hortons today and ordered an everything bagel with extra butter and who’s take my order she was Indian girl. The cashier even repeated my order back to me, so I expected it to be correct. But when I got the bagel, it was completely rough, dry, and almost impossible to eat.nnWhen I went back to politely explain, instead of helping, the employee blamed me for their mistake. The way she responded was extremely unprofessional—her attitude was rude, dismissive, and arrogant, as if she personally owns Tim Hortons.nnThis is not the kind of service customers expect. A little courtesy and responsibility would go a long way. Very disappointing experience!

There is a staff member that truly needs to be talked to regarding their attitude and behaviour. This individual was extremely rude and disrespectful, and was taking orders on the headset in drive-thru around 2:35-2:40 on March 4th, 2026. Their behaviour truly needs to be addressed.

This Tim location is best . Whenever I come here I don’t need to wait too long for my order and lots of sets are available to sit . Rest rooms are also very neat and clean . This is one of my favourite location now as compared to other tim Hortons . Not much crowdy , good staff, quick services . One more thing this is nearest to access Nova Scotia in Dartmouth . So anyone can enjoy their coffee before or after their work done at access Nova Scotia . I always do . Have a wonderful day everybody

The Man working the window Was such a joy! He was so sweet and he made me smile. I’m on my way to visit a sick relative and he really just made my night and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, but I hope that he sees this. It was Wednesday night at 6:30 PM. Love you, King
