Tim Hortons

Disappointing service. About 10 staff behind the counter but most of their attention is on the drive through. Waited in line today for 10 minutes and got frustrated that only 2 people were served at 2 cashes and there was still 6 people ahead of me . I left.

This Tim Hortons is a great place to go. It's very busy there, but we'll worth the wait, which isn't long, due to the number of staff they have. They don't run out of their menu items and the staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous.

I go here pretty regularly go get a farmers breakfast sandwich in the mornings on the way to work. Nearly every day until recently. I wanted to get a maple donut because they were beautifully iced and covered in lots of chocolate. As I got to the counter to order I noticed that the top donut (next in line to be sold) was from a different batch and looked WAY UGLY and has HARDLY ANY CHOCOLATE. Anyways I asked for a different one and the lady obliged which was nice of her but I've felt it has wrecked my relationship with this store because now every time I go in I feel like the jerk who couldn't handle an ugly donut.. haven't been in much since this incident. Basically there is some inconsistency in the donuts being made at this location but the customer service is on point.

Nice-ish Tim's location. Friendly staff, not like the Tip Queen variety that tends to populate the really busy ones. Only downside is the quality of the product, which is no longer the location's fault.

More often than not have to get my order fixed or just take the mistakes as they are.
