It appears that some employees may lack a basic understanding of customer service principles at this branch. During our visit, while my wife and I were enjoying our drinks and snacks, one of the employees began sweeping and dusting directly under our table and near our legs. This action caused a significant amount of dust to be stirred up, which drifted toward our table. The employee seemed indifferent to the fact that we were seated there, and there was a clear disregard for the potential contamination of our food. This behavior not only disrupted our experience but also raised concerns about hygiene standards.

I’m not much of a complainer, but is this really what a $7 bacon farmers wrap has come too? I added the 30cent extra chipotle and there wasn’t a difference. One bite in and it’s mostly dry wrap in my mouth, and one strip of bacon. Used to love the farmers wraps, this is just sad lol looks like a half stepped on burrito

Had an Issue with mobile ordering, also with my drinks being made incorrectly. Got in touch with April. She resolved my issues quickly and efficiently. Thanks again April for being an lovely human.

Cashier didn't understand the products they sold. Service was extremely slow. Tims is no longer a place that one can go to grab a quick bite. Takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get food, and that is after the 10 minute wait just to get served. This is becoming a trend at just about every Tim's I go into these days.

They placed my donut with the chocolate side directly onto a napkin making it impossible to eat without eating half of a napkin at the same time. nThanks for that.
