Tim Hortons

The girl who takes my order is very rude.She says me to pay extra for the vanilla syrup,i just said that make it little bit sweet.she says u have to pay for it.I already ordered for vanilla latte and paid for it. Then i call the manager,she is so nice and understand the situation.

I liked my experience at this tim hortons location from my last visit. The lady staff Nasmin working there was really nice and kind towards me and very fast service.

Barly they made right order. Even if request for replacement they give me looks and even today they just right steped tea triple triple but it was just a hot watch. If you are getting payed for job please do it. No buddy asked you to do extra. Just your job your give task with given measurement and ingredients.

Always the worst experience. Yesterday, I went through the drive through and had someone who arrived at the other window after me by at least 30 seconds be serviced first. The excuse was there was only one order taker. Okay, well, I was still there long before the other car pulled up. This will be my last time going to this one.

Have had numerous incidents at this location. Today went through the drive through and ordered and was told price. Got to the window and paid but only got one drink and not the 3 that were ordered only seconds before. Had to wait for them to make the other two drinks which isn’t too big an issue but to when I was checking my bank account to see what we were charged as they said they only charged for one drink, the guy working was extremely rude and told me it’s no big deal and no reason for me to go on about it. I have never had such bad customer service and will never go back.
