I’m writing to formally file a complaint about the extremely poor customer service I experienced at your drive-thru on June 26th, 2025, at approximately 11:08 PM.nnI ordered a honey lemon tea and Timbits. When I reached the window, there were no greetings or basic courtesy. The staff member simply said, “4.37.” I politely said, “Excuse me, sorry, how much?” and she yelled the price at me. I was shocked and asked her, “Why are you yelling at me?” Instead of clarifying or calming the situation, she became even more rude and aggressive.nnHer attitude was completely uncalled for — she held the tea and Timbits in her hand and sarcastically asked, “Do you want it?” My girlfriend, who was with me, then asked for the employee’s name and requested to speak to a manager. The staff member refused to give her name and said, “You can come in on Monday to talk to the manager.nnWe are extremely disappointed by this disrespectful behavior. We believe no customer should be treated this way. You can confirm everything via the drive-thru camera and audio system, as this occurred precisely at 11:08 PM.nnPlease investigate this incident and let us know what actions will be taken. We hope Tim Hortons holds its staff to a higher standard of professionalism.

Service speed at the counter comparable to most.nThe new Reno looks greatnThe workers making the food ... there is an issue. I watched one girl bring out an order and sit it on a ledge,2 minutes later she comes out with another order picks that one up and delivers it to me. I timed it because a strong feeling it was my order.

Just went through the drive thru not even 15 minutes ago, my mother and I ordered a large coffee dd and a large tea dd, her coffee was hot, so we know that it hadn't been sitting there for very long which we had assumed would happen from how slowly the line was moving, however the taste was repulsive, it tasted old and like there was no sugar added. My tea was also unsatisfactory, I asked for a stir stick because the past few times that I have gone to many of these restaurants it tastes as though the sugar has not been stirred into the tea, but the stir stick did not save me this time. The tea was hot, clearly right out of the pot, however tasted wretched. The tea was bitter and sour, it tasted as though they only put half of a sugar, if any at all, and took it from a pot not finished brewing, if this is the case I wouldn't have minded waiting for the tea to finish brewing completely if it had meant that I would have gotten an average tea at least. I have been sorely disappointed by this Tim Hortons location and hope management will enforce proper brewing procedures. I do not recommend this location.

One of the best experiences I had with Tim Hortons. The server didn’t have one item for us, but she was able to accommodate with the other stuff that we purchased.

Most of the staff are polite, however service is glacial! They often can't understand you, talk in different languages to each other in front of you, which is the height of rudeness, and are slower than the second coming. I've stopped going and so have many of my friends. Tim's used to be a respectable CANADIAN institution. Now it's a global corporation that doesn't give a shit.
