@TJ, thanks so much for your help today with my overfilled americano.. really meant a lot that you saw to personally go and get it exchanged for a fresh one insuring there was extra room this time for my milk of choice so I wouldn't spill again! :) You're kindness wasn't unnoticed, much appreciated. -Vic :)

Great staff, latte with the strength you want, superb pastries. A bit hard to find in the rear end of the plaza on the far end of the chapters book store. No signs outside the mall area.

I really don't understand the hype over this place. The location is nice though because it is very central in the Mall.

This location is inside the chapters store in the mall, Google directions placed it on the wrong side of the road.
