Tim Hortons

The staff are friendly and fine, but the clientele in this particular location leaves a little to be desired. It can be kind of daunting even just coming through the car park some days, would not like to spend a lot of time here late at night.

When reading the other comments I was honestly stunned. I don't know how anyone can have anything good to say about this location. I live downtown orillia and I visit all the locations. This one is by far the most outrageous. For example, if you drink French vanilla or hot chocolate, it will almost always be hot water. Just hot water. If you order a bagel, don't expect the cream cheese to be on the bagel, just all in the wrapping paper. If you order a sandwich don't expect it to have all of the ingredients. That's just the food... the service from drive through workers is horrible. They will throw your change back at you, and/or talk to you in the rudest of tones. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS LOCATION. I find the best food/drinks/service comes from memorial locations, yes both of these either by Wendy's or by McDonald's.

The coffee isn't always consistent, sometimes in the afternoon it tastes like they used the same filter 2 or 3 times or the coffee sat around forever, nice staff but should be open earlier than 7am.

Good speed, great customer and friendly workers but some have to learn to stop talking and take their customers order, we didn't want all the information on their love life's or who their husbands are sleeping with. Terrible

The food and service is fine, typical Tim Hortons. But what makes this place stand out are the patrons. Walk in there and you'll see that more than 50% of customers are still wearing their pyjamas from last week and most likely haven't bathed since then either. Great people though. You'll have stories to tell if you ever leave.
