Tim Hortons

Come here everyday for a Tea and bagel. Staff is always kind and quick with giving me my order. Always a welcoming environment. I will most definitely be back :

The Colborne Street Tim Hortons is absolutely my favourite location in Orillia. I will drive past other locations to go to this one. Mainly because the service is always the fastest in Orillia. I can be 3rd or 4th in line and be through faster than if I’m the only customer at any other location. Secondly, they always get my order right. I usually order multiple items and I’ve never had an order wrong from here. And last, but not least, the staff have always been friendly. I’ll also mention that I usually use the drive-thru but do go inside to order sometimes. Inside and out, the store has always been clean. Thanks for your great service at the Colborne Timmies!!

I had to yell back to the girls at 8:03PM to come and help the guy they left alone, because I've worked at tims before closing, they don't need two people in the back, especially when it gets busy, and he was taking care of drive thru, front counter, and a door dash order. He deserves a raise for putting up with their crap. The bigger lady with glasses was making snobby faces when marking my coffee, because I told them they shouldn't have left him alone. And the door dash driver even waved at them before I told them he shouldn't be alone.

Love the staff so fast and sufficient. They really do give the name Always Fresh.. my coffee was delicious and my pizza was on point

Terrible service. We were the only ones in line for about 10 minutes and I saw the workers take 4-5 drive-thru and mobile orders. All I wanted was a cup of water so after 10 minutes, I asked them to help and one worker immediately told me he was busy and another came and charged me $0.23 for two cups of water. I asked if she could just fill my bottle with tap water and she refused. I have never before seen service this harsh and rude.
