So I somehow found a hair lodged under the lid of my tea, half sticking out before I even sat down. When I approached the staff I got an unapologetic response and a look of irritation because they were busy. Disgusting. This location really prioritises their drive-thru sales and treats walk-in customers like trash.

Quick service, coffee was hot, and they got order correct. Parking lot is a pain in the butt with strange traffic flow and monstrous speed bumps.
