Tim Hortons

This Tim Hortons is the best place for my lunch, i go to the school down the road and i love this place. The staff is nice. The food is well made and enjoyable. Its always hot and fresh tasting. The drinks are always good as well, always just how i ordered.

Went in yesterday to buy bagels, found an earring outside and turned it in took a photo before turning it in with meta data confirming it was this location we handed it in to, yet when someone called hours later the staff told them nothing was turned in. I will be coming to speak with the manager and if they cannot help me I will be filing a police report because this is not okay. This is exactly why we didn’t want to leave it at the store at first but eventually decided they have cameras so what’s the problem right? Clearly your staff either don’t communicate which is fine, communication can always be improved or someone took it and lied to the poor lady who called after we made the post on Facebook, but regardless either someone will be telling me today or they can tell the police if they’d prefer.

Great experience at Tim Hortons! The staff are always friendly, fast, and welcoming. My order is consistently right, and the service makes it a pleasant stop every time.

One of your team members, Alexis, at the window is extremely rude. Absolutely no smile, no manners. This is the second time she has been incredibly rude, shoved the food and coffee into my hand and given improper change back. Unsure if she cannot do math or is profiting for tips. Why she works in customer service is beyond me. 0 stars for her. 3 stars because I do enjoy tim hortons coffee and food. Perhaps better training is in order for some of your employees.

Since when are Smile cookies allowed in the dinning room.. not roped off or section closed... Who knows who has coughed or worse on them.... Does Head office allow this? Does public health allow this??? I would NEVER GET SMILE COOKIES FROM THIS LOCATION
