Tim Hortons

Since when are Smile cookies allowed in the dinning room.. not roped off or section closed... Who knows who has coughed or worse on them.... Does Head office allow this? Does public health allow this??? I would NEVER GET SMILE COOKIES FROM THIS LOCATION

Absolutely disappointed, someone explain to me why I pay 5$ for a large icecapp and they can't even come with a decent lid that fits... oui, like i order a drink and a sandwich, my sandwich is grilled and they still dont know how to put it in a panini press and squish it, like if your going to up the price on items make sure your still serving quality products. Truly disappointed what do we pay so much money for convince & corporate marketing.

Stopped by Tim Hortons recently and had one of the best experiences, all thanks to Reagan! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and brings such positive energy to the workplace. The coffee was hot, the food was fresh, and Reagan’s service truly made my morning. Shoutout to her for going above and beyond Tim Hortons is lucky to have her!

I requested to put the blind up so I could keep an eye out on our motorcycles. And they wouldn’t put it up as they are not allowed because the owner said so. Spoke with manager and said the same thing. AC was not very good either. Not impressed with this location and finding all the Tim’s are getting worse

Roughly 30 years I have been going to Tim’s. Tonight was my last night. After weeks of wrong orders time and time again. Tonight I pulled up a little over an hour before closing. Order a hot chocolate and wanted a donut. I was told they had none. Asked if they had any Tim bits and was told no we have no food at all. To pull up to the window to a solo guy with trash cans all pulled out as he was cleaning it all and went straight from the trash cans to my drink cup. I paid and left. And I figured it out. With two coffees a day and 3 to 4 meals a week. I spent roughly 3500 to 4000 a year at a place I once loved. But Tim’s isn’t Tim’s anymore and I won’t spend that money at a place that’s clearly values profit over quality. I’m going to start getting my coffee at the local breakfast joint on the corner or Main and King. She could use the business and atleast cares about the people she serves.
