The staff at this Tim Horton's is amazing. The food and coffee is Tim Horton's. However this location is owned by the Joyce's. Heirs to the Tim Horton's fortune. Both sides as Tim's daughter married his partners son. From their vacation home in Florida they cut their employees paid breaks, benefits, etc... in response to the increase in minimum wage on Jan 1st. They are jerks. I would rate it one star but I don't want to hurt the employees. I am so torn over this location as it is my local store. So I decided to rate it 5 stores in the hopes that business picks up so they restore all the stuff they took away.

They beat up on their employees in order to maintain ownerships profit margins. As a Canadian institution I am ashamed of Tim Hortons. They do not reflect my values so I can no longer overlook their weak coffee and poor baked goods. Know that if you go here you support the race to the bottom on the backs of the working poor.

Hidden behind the The Big Apple 🍎 off 401. Far less busy than the On Route Tim’s. Nice local friendly staff.

We have had such poor service and food prep at this Tim's. Tonight, they get the order right but staff have poor attitudes. Such a shame.
