The Tim Hortons in Prince Rupert is THE gathering place for many locals. It is located a brief walk from the shopping mall and is only one of two franchise eateries in the small downtown core. The place is busy pretty much throughout the day but is a warm and cosy retreat from Rupert's rain. Service is quick and the quality of the food and drink is standard Tim Hortons fare. Last time I was there (Feb 2017) both bathrooms were out of service - a no no for such a busy place and the staff didn't seem to know when things would be fixed. Hopefully this is not the case any more.

Why do they  not provide onions for the sandwiches? My reason for not eating there anymore.
