Great little spot for a coffee and a snacknStaff is always friendly, the front by the pickup counter can get congested easily head up. Am enjoying the harry potter event at the moment

They were super busy over the weekend, but they were still really friendly. You could tell they were trying hard to give good service, and they seemed to appreciate us being nice to them. My first visit, they ran out of some items, but the food was awesome. The service was fast! We appreciate them working so hard with so many people.

Tim Hortons is a great spot for a quick coffee and snack. The drinks are tasty the food is fresh and the service is usually fast and friendly. It’s a reliable place to stop when you’re on the go.

Why do you sell warm coffee? is there not a standard temperature that Tim Horton stores should follow for serving coffee because this coffee that I get at your place is totally warm not hot at all. I shop at Tim Hortons all the time. I have no other concerns at all. However the coffee at this location is served warm! This is the third time on different days I have recieved a warm coffee. So it must be dictated by someone to serve at a much lower temperature.. so my question is of course-Why is the coffee not hot at Prince Rupert Tim Hortons? I’ve been to Tim Hortons all overBC . They all sell hot coffee. This one sells warmish coffee? What’s with that?

We ordered one small tea and one fries. The order screen showed the fries were available, but the staff later told us they were sold out. That wasn’t a big issue, but what was really frustrating was the wait for just one small tea. Customers who ordered after us received their drinks first, while we had to wait nearly 15 minutes. The staff were also not friendly at all. The café wasn’t even busy, and there were 3–4 employees working, so I really don’t understand why a single small tea took so long. Very disappointing experience.
