Tim Hortons

They were super busy over the weekend, but they were still really friendly. You could tell they were trying hard to give good service, and they seemed to appreciate us being nice to them. My first visit, they ran out of some items, but the food was awesome. The service was fast! We appreciate them working so hard with so many people.

Why do you sell warm coffee? is there not a standard temperature that Tim Horton stores should follow for serving coffee because this coffee that I get at your place is totally warm not hot at all. I shop at Tim Hortons all the time. I have no other concerns at all. However the coffee at this location is served warm! This is the third time on different days I have recieved a warm coffee. So it must be dictated by someone to serve at a much lower temperature.. so my question is of course-Why is the coffee not hot at Prince Rupert Tim Hortons? I’ve been to Tim Hortons all overBC . They all sell hot coffee. This one sells warmish coffee? What’s with that?

Yesterday I went to this location after couple years it's totally changed, looks beautiful, Service is very good. Happy that one employee recognized me made my day. They all are doing hard work. Thank you for the good service.

The London fog is always so good! Hot or iced! I like to add the chipolte sauce to basically anything i order!

They are only in business because it's Tim Hortons. The brand carries it. Poor customer service, disorganized and the two male supervisor need better training and management skills. With two, things should run smoother than they are and the place should be cleaner. The new design and sticker concept for orders makes the service worst, enhancing their disorganizatio. They stick the order stickers on the table in a cluster and have to go through them to find the order. They made my order then walk all the way out to the front and handed to the wrong customer because they never verified whose order it was. After waiting awhile they went and made another one. Take this as criticism or take it as an opportunity to go back and make sure everyone working there understands the S.O.P's of the business and get better leadership for the staff. And yes it should be okay for your staff to smile.
