They have good prices for the groceries we get and the weekly deals are a nice touch. The only problem we had was buying moldy tortillas without realizing before we opened itthe mold was hidden behind the logo and color

I just want to say how impressed I am with all the toys and general merchandise goods that the store has displayed and good prices. There isnt anywhere to shop for toys and birthday gifts so to see the display is heartwarming

Yesterday I went to the deli department and ordered a chicken sandwich. A middle-aged woman named Sukhjinder served me, but she came across as quite arrogant and handled the interaction in an unprofessional way. I’m not sure if she was frustrated with her work, but the level of customer service I received was unacceptable.

Nice staff but they need to be trained on how to bag groceries. Almost every-time I’ve been shopping they put bread and things that can be crushed underneath heavy things like potatoes and cans. Ive had to also tell them to stop putting things in bags, as they just stuff them until they’re too full to even carry.

I had to box my produce, which normally isn't an issue. However the person whom did mine was disrespectful throwing my produce in the box. Aswell laughing and speaking his language with the cashier. He tried to crush my eggs... I called Safeway to report it immediately with no response. We work hard so we may pay for our family to eat. If you're in our country have more respect And stop showering with cologne.
