McDonald's

It's true McDonald's in Canada does taste better then in the US. Also poutine!!! So delicious and a few menu items the states no longer carry like the wraps. We went as a joke but were pleasantly surprised

Food, is a hit or miss they either don't make it right or it's just slapped together and not even on the bun, and their extra pickles is just one extra pickle or none at all. Service is also a hit or miss, workers not paying attention not even communicating with their customers at first window half the time I don't get friendly service. Atmosphere about half of them don't even seem like they want to be there at all.

This is a decent McDonald's for their staff are present as well as fast, I have never had old Fry's nore cold for me this is important, I like them fresh. McDonald's as a corporate business is failing their customers with the fairness in their products and pricing, and now they have added expense to ones order, if you want lettuce more money extra mayo cost more now, and now they charge for a paper bag, say no to a bag you carry it all out...nI keep going here because of hard working people and I am more picky with what I will buy at McDonald's.

I have never in all my days seen such disfunction in a place of business. Every morning it's the same thing. 2 medium double doubles. Not 1 time have they gotten it right. Either wrong size or not a double double. After about 15 minutes in the drive thru and explaining it 4 times I jus leave leave and give up. The price changes daily as well for the same coffee as day prior.

I’ve never had a McDonalds employee disagree with me over an incorrect order before.nnI stopped in on a Saturday morning to grab breakfast before heading out on the water. It was a larger order $70-80 worth of breakfast first thing in the morning, so I wasn’t too upset when my other half noticed we were missing something. I walked in with my receipt, told the staff that we were missing one breakfast sandwich, and before I could even finish my sentence the worker told me “no, it’s in there, I just did that order.” I told him I had checked the bags before coming in, and he told me to “check again”. I left shaking my head, and sure enough we got back to the truck to double check and we were still missing a sandwich. I wasn’t gonna argue with him over one breakfast sandwich, because time was tight, but that level of confidence when this place already has so many complaints about incorrect orders is absolutely insane.
