The food was definitely fresh and very good. They are a bit understaffed, so it takes some time for the food to be ready, but it’s worth the wait for the quality.

Lovely spot for sushi! The ladies there are so attentive and friendly. Even when they're busy they are pretty quick! Always fresh and great tasting rolls.

During the no dine-in phase, we decided to do a couple of take-outs from this place. So far, everything we ordered is very good!nnMost of the sushi rolls we have had taste fresh and most likely using local seafood here in Haida Gwaii. The Yakisoba has a good flavour to it, and the lunch and dinner boxes have generous servings in them - making it one of our favourite shares. Even the sides dishes are well made - the miso soup has good umami taste, the tempura prawns are good as well.nnThe service is courteous and they are usually right on their estimated 20 minutes of preparation for your order.nnAll in all, we would be back here again if we crave some good sushi.

The Haida gwaii role is great, ordered from the ferry once we got into cell service and picked it up, then headed to agate Beach. Perfect dinner for Take Out.
