Remedy Savona Center

My second visit and I'm really liking the space. It's not too far from my place so it's a plus. I've been to other Remedy locations and I like this one as it has a cozy feel to it. I really like the Kashmiri! Will return for other drinks.

Workers are nice but need to be more attentive that there are customers waiting to order. Twice today i waited several minutes while they were at the end of the counter not realizing there were customers. I ordered three drinks and noticed that the drinks costs did not match the price boards’ listed price. Items were $0.75 more than listed price. I brought this up before I paid and they told me price has increased but list has not been updated. Nothing they could do about it. Poor business practice not honouring the listed price. The price board looks like it’s just written with a dry erase pen. Workers knew prices have increased and need to take the initiative and update the price list to show they value their customers business.

Very cute cafe ! I absolutely love all the dairy free options they have available! As someone who can’t have dairy, it was nice to have such a large selection of food & drinks available for me !nOne suggestion is too get a button for your door for easy access for people in wheelchairs

Had to wait for a while for someone to help, all the drinks are now behind the counter & are running low on food. Had the butter chicken & it had no flavor at all. Also they no longer do saffron rice. I also have been feeling a bit gross hours after my meal. Go to a different location if you want an authentic experience. Also, the bathrooms are way messier with graffiti all over the walls that it looks like they should just start over. Pass.

Walked it and it had obviously been a high traffic day as i noticed many dishes still left on empty tables. Dirty dishes had been left in the tote for a few hours and two out of the three napkin dispensers were empty, it looked like the staff had done nothing to upkeep this location. Went to order my food and most of the menu items have been crossed off due to unavailability and the drink fridge was mostly empty with very little option left, I was looking for a simple bottle of water. The girl at the register took my order in a manner of annoyance and I was on my way to clean off a dirty table to relax at while my food was being prepared. In the 45 minutes of me waiting, I had visited the unkept ladies washroom only to see that the paper towel dispenser was empty as well. After my extremely long wait, I asked the girl that took my order if I was forgotten about. I had to wait for quite sometime in the mostly empty cafe in front of the empty dessert fridge for someone to notice me…Looked baffled that I didn’t get my order, which she would have had to call me to come pick up myself. She proceeded to speak to the cook in an EXTREMELY rude manner about my order which was just placed in a to go bag by accident. I wasn’t rude or upset about the wait as mistakes happen, so there was no reason for this interaction to occur in front of a customer. Out of all the mishaps of my experience, the way she spoke to her co-worker, who is a couple decades her senior made me the most upset. As this was not a pleasant experience, and I wasn’t expecting a lot to begin with. I will not be returning and ensuring that others know of the massive miss this cute stop has turned out to be.
