Friendliest and kindest servers of all the Tim Hortons! They are quick to finish my order and always deliver quality beverages. They work hard and it shows. Would recommend this location 10/10 times over others.

Girls there a super rude and not pleasant. And my bagel had absolutely no cream cheese on it picture attached. Absolutely do not recommend coming to this location.

Great Service, friendly, fresh and delicious donuts!!! I tried the Harry Potter Gryffindor donor today. It was really delicious. Highly recommend this Tim Horton freshly baked goods.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered an grilled cheese and iced coffee with less ice and was given less coffee instead. When I asked about it, the employee told me that if you ask for less ice, they do not fill the cup and claimed that every other Tim Hortons location that fills the cup is doing it wrong.nIf that's really the policy, then it feels like customers are paying for a cup full of ice rather than coffee. The bigger issue was the attitude. Instead of explaining the situation respectfully, the employee was rude and dismissive.nI've ordered less ice at many Tim Hortons locations before and have never had this experience. Customer service and consistency were both lacking.

I'm not a coffee drinker but since my guys were busy working, I usually go to grab them tea or coffee. And since was a hot summer day, decided to get a large ice coffee for myself. This happened for a second time that it came this way. It's ice coffee, basically ice, water and few drop of coffee to turn the color toward beige. Does it have to be that much less than full? I didn't post a review at that time, because I didn't want to point at any individual my guess is about training issue. Also this location had one of the slowest services I've experienced, but unfortunately was only a minute away from our work, so I had no choice but going there.
