I made an order for donuts on the online page and in fact when I approached on foot no one opened the door and they said that they could not give me the order, so I went and took the car and came back and they told me that there were no donations! Although they had already been paid for and are even currently available in the application! I ask the manager to pay attention to the fact that if you do not have products in stock, remove them from the site!!! Do not mislead people!!! Terrible service in my opinion, and this is not the first time! The working hours are until 12 at night, but in fact everything is closed at 11:30!!!

You call this a wrap ? Seriously for 7 dollars this is what you give your regular customers? A muffin would have more calories than this small empty wrap.So disappointing, serve your customers better they are the reason you guys are making money.

Both my partner and I had stale donuts. Staff couldn’t help with my issues with the reward system ended up being a basic issue with the reward “level” that I fixed myself. My order wasn’t received until I asked after 3 people were served ahead of me. Asked for toilet paper in the toilets none in any of them, 90 mins later, still none. The staff do not care whatsoever. Really disappointing. They appear severely short staffed which is NOT the staff’s fault but the owner’s.nAlso- syrup in iced coffees should NOT be the default…. It makes them disgustingly sweet. Now I know at least.

I’ve consistently had a poor experience at this location—not just once, but on multiple visits. The only reason I continue going is because it’s conveniently close to my home and on my way to work.nnThe service is extremely slow. Whether it's the drive-thru or inside at the counter, I often wait 15 to 20 minutes, even when the store isn’t busy. Staff rarely attend to customers promptly.nnThere have also been repeated issues with incorrect orders. On top of that, I’ve noticed food safety concerns—employees wearing a glove on only one hand, but handling food with both, which defeats the purpose of wearing gloves.nnToday, I bought a wrap for my daughter and found a hair inside it. That is absolutely unacceptable.nnWhenever you try to bring up concerns with the staff, especially the girls working there, their attitude is rude and dismissive—they don’t care .nnI hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the service and hygiene standards at this location.

If you go through the drive thru you will be waiting at least 10-15 minutes for someone to actually even talk to you, then you have to wait again for to place your order. They had no timbits in stock other than plain, our food was cold. They were not very professional and they were yelling at each other inside. What happened to fast food?? This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at Tim Hortons.
