messy rude workers Wating time was not long food was fool of oil at breakfast " it like the cook decided I will swim the food today in oil. Coffee would be better it mix properly to cold in the resto no plug to charge phone WiFi decided it was not working

Service use to be quick and efficient, now for the past 6 months service has gone down to 1 star if even the that. I see the morning employee having long personal chats with customers while people wait to be served, when I honked he gave me attitude. I waited 5 min at drive tru before even getting answered never going back to this place, I’ll go to the Mcdeez across the street.

Mornings are made easier with competence. I enjoy the pleasant morning staff and their efficiency during the hectic morning rushes!

One of the best dark roast coffees in the west island. Yeah happened that they missed stuff in my orders like any other Tim Horton's in the world. They are human after all, I simply let them know and they are quite frankly great people.

There where a group of guys that worked here that did the morning shift. Some mornings I would drive through to grab a coffee and bagel, and was always amazed at the speed and coordination they had. You could tell they were working together to keep things moving quickly, very rare to see this in any customer service industry nowadays. There could have been 7 cars lined up and they would all pass through within 3-5min, it was incredible. Other times you could tell when it is a different crew because there could be 3 cars all ordering coffee and it would take nearly 10min.
