Tim Hortons

I visited right after breakfast ended, early lunch, and the restaurant was very crowded but it was not stressful but rather had a nice atmosphere of different people talking and working on their computers. My food was fine, what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. However, since I came right after breakfast they gave me three free hash browns on top of my fries as they had leftovers from breakfast. The staff were nice but they were stressed, making a few mistakes on some orders but nothing they could fix. It was a nice place to relax and eat lunch.

A great Tim's to go to if you want to study. They have good service and a nice place to lounge and be comfortable. One of the bigger Tim's in the area

The WORST service ever!!!!! Staff is super slow and they don't seem to care at all. The manager needs to do a better job with her employees. I have every intention on speaking with her.

Seriously slow service. Waited 15 minutes for one chicken wrap. Not the first time either. You might as well go sit down and wait for an actual meal at a proper restaurant.

Every time I walk in here there are at least 5+ staff working and yet it still takes 10m to get a coffee even if there is only 1 person in line. Staff don't work quickly, as a team, or with enthusiasm and the customer suffers. I don't usually make reviews like this, but as a manager of a fast food place myself, I find this unacceptable. If you are in a hurry, you might want to find another timmies
