Starbucks

Always had great service! Except this one girl who got my drink order wrong TWICE and then got mad at me for telling her correcting her after getting my drink. I hope I do not see her again.

Rude cashier, approx. 5'5, armpit length dirty blonde hair on the solid side. This girl yelled at me with a nasty facial expression because I did not realize that I was waiting on the wrong line to order my cappaccino. The place was so noisy I couldn't hear what she was saying to me and then basically threw the receipt at me once I paid. I tried calling when I got home to ask for her name and of course I go hung up on because she probably knew who I was. I reported this incident to the manager and he seemed know immediately who she was and didn't seem surprise but he was very nice and helpful! Sorry there are plenty of other Starbucks I can go to in the West Island.

I come here 5-6 times a week since I work at the mall. One of staff (cashier) this morning was very rude. I was ordering and she told me she couldn't hear me and walked away, so she continued on to ring the customer's order ahead of me. It's fine but when I got to cash, I ordered and she didn't even wait for me to finish. I had to tell the barista the rest. No thank you, no have a good day. The customer in front of me was shaking her head.
