I usually order the cheese grilled sandwich from Tim Hortons, but in the past, they often used old veggies, which was disappointing. However, this time, I was pleasantly surprised! The sandwich was fresh and well-prepared, and the veggies were much better than before. It’s great to see this improvement—hope they keep it up!
7:14pm couldn't get an order Right.nfries tasted like cardboard cold.nOrdered a bacon grilled cheese sandwich just got the cheese no bacon. habanero chicken loaded bowl. Could barely find anything green in it.nReturn the Fries and told me it would take 15 minutes to get a fresh order.

Unacceptable and unsanitary! I am still lucky this didn't chocked me at all! Not my first bad experience but this could be the worst.
My biggest concern is when you're on your lonesome journey through the great north strong and free and you stop at the iconic Tim Horton's only to be greeted by some robotic answering machine... I'd say if it's so important to sound exactly the same every time, then train a Canadian to do it and place some value on a human
