I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. Even though they recap your order, you still end up receiving the wrong items. I understand fast food can be challenging, but attention to detail is essential, especially when something like coffee can set the tone for your day. It’s really disappointing when things go wrong. Make sure to double-check your order before accepting it!
Unacceptable and unsanitary! I am still lucky this didn't chocked me at all! Not my first bad experience but this could be the worst.

Kenji made my order exactly as I ordered it, he gave my steeped tea extra stir, extra hot and a sleeve. He was super friendly and cheerful. Great service with a smile. Wonderful experience.
