Maybe 3.5 stars. Good service, fast friendly and decent. The food was classic diner fare. The Chicken Santa Fe was fresh and tasty, my partner's sandwich looked good too. The chicken soup was salty and tasted like maybe canned chicken? The blueberry pie was good. The mashed potatoes tasted like homemade but pretty plain. If you like classic food without much jazzing up this place is for you.

Pretty good place o grab a nice sit down dinner with the family. Portion sizes were good. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant and washrooms were clean and well kept. Parking was ample and the lot was easy to get in and out of. The open face chicken sandwich was particularly good, and something a bit out of the ordinary.

I ordered a mushroom swiss burger with curly fries and some deep fried shrimp for takeout. The service was fast and friendly and the food was good. I only regret not trying some of their in house made pies. They looked amazing.
