McDonald's

Nobody in this building understands what no onions means. Everytime I order something from here in the drive thru with no onions I have to make a second lap argue with whoever is at the window and then get the correct order. Have since stopped going here unless it’s for chicken nuggets because that’s about the only thing they can’t screw up. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful restaurant.

I was there at lunch time today but be forewarned that the wait time is unreasonable!! After waiting 20 minutes for a mcdouble meal and a big mac meal, I asked why my number had disappeared off the screen and numerous groups that ordered AFTER me had been served. Group of 6 men and a family of 5 I was told they were waiting on fries but I had watched the group of 6 men who came in after me get their fries with their orders, eat their meals and leave the restaurant before I received our order. I understand that it was their busy time, and that the drive thru takes priority, but at least apologize for forgetting our order. Make it right and please do better. We will not return to this McDonald's.

BATTERIES FOUND IN MCCAFE DONUTS!!nnHi All,nnJust wanted to share my niece’s experience so people can remain cognizant. We went to McDonald’s Neepawa for breakfast on August 19th around 10.30am. We ordered 4 meals: pancakes, a happy meal, a McGriddle meal, and a 6 pack of donuts for myself.nnOnce we got home, we had about 3 donuts left and my niece ate a sprinkle donut then felt a smooth round thing I thought it was my tooth at first and then tasted something metallic, took it out and saw it was a small battery. She then showed me the battery to which I didn’t really overreact and just tried to calm her down and to not eat the rest of the donut.nnWe didn’t throw the box straight aeay which had one more boston cream left. After dinner, I decided to have one - not too worried about a possible battery indigestion - but as soon as I felt the metallic taste in my mouth I knew, I told my niece to grab her phone and film me spitting it out.nnWe have a video of me spitting the battery out couldn’t upload the video on here and pictures of the small battery in the boston cream and the engravings on it are uploaded with this review. We don’t have photos of the battery my niece bit into because she left it on the kitchen counter; her parents must have thrown it away while cleaning up because we hadn’t told them about the incident yet - only I was aware.nnWe don’t have a bunch of these batteries at home because we don’t use or need them. Maybe the engravings on the battery can help link them to the suppliers or something.nnJust wanted to spread awareness as I would think ingesting batteries are not good for our gut.nn- Ruth Ann Capuyan

They always rush people through the drive-thru and make people wait forever. Every single time, they mess up on my order. Stop rushing to get food out and take your time. I know they want fast drive-thru times, but at what cost? BAD SERVICE!?

Yikes. Place needs some serious cleaning up. Sticky floors. Hand dryers don’t work in the bathrooms. No toilet paper in the ladies room.
