We had an amazing waitress named Kathleen. She was swamped with full tables but so pleasant and had a great personality. They had issues in the kitchen causing an hour wait on our food. The fries tastes stale and dried out, probably because of sitting under a heat lamp. My biggest issue is the fact that a few tables that had came in later then us had been served and got the bill before We even received our meals. I know it's a new business so I really hope they work out the kinks. I would give my waitress 10 stars because she really made a bad experience better with just being happy and kind. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are clean. Great atmosphere. Room to improve on the kitchen. **** I have gone back a few times and the food is much better.

I took the family here for supper recently. Our waitress was extremely disinterested. Our drinks were never once refilled although they sat empty on the table for most of the meal. To top it off we found a long hair in our pizza which my wife was turned off by. Waitress never asked if our meal was any good and just zoned out while I paid. I feel like we had unusually poor service which is why I'm still leaving 3 stars.

Our supper was tasty and came in a timely fashion. Staff were attentive to our table. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was our plates warmed. Hot food on a cold plate cools off very quickly.

The food was good. The service for us was almost non-existent. There was a hockey tournament and she seemed more interested in them than us.... until after they left. We waited more than needed to be. Had a two year old that couldn't understand why she wasn't getting her ice cream.

Big city atmosphere with small town hospitality. Great place to stop on the yellowhead.
