Ordered 6 packs of donuts, to my surprise they used hands with a peace of wax paper to grab the donuts instead of using tongs specially they are grabing it from the display where people can see. I will understand if they are wearing gloves but hell no they were not wearing gloves. Don't you have tongs? Is that your standard protocol? If so, can you pls enlighten me on how is that sanitary and safe?
This Tim’s location is by far the best in town. Whenever I frequent in the evening, I’m always greeted with fast and efficient service and welcomed with warm conversation. The girls are always friendly and always on the ball with pleasant attitudes and smiles. The food is great for the price and always tastes amazing, as does my coffee. This store is exemplary and I will always recommend to my friends!
I order from this establishment daily, sometimes multiple times! I am always greeted by friendly faces and kind dispositions. I have been coming here for years and the excellent customer service is what keeps me coming back. Kristina, Tracey & Dion are notably the best and stand out with their superior service and kind ways. Thank you!
It is hard to get most people to actually stir the coffee until the sugar is melted into the coffee. However IF CHRISTINA is working, you know everything is done to perfection. This lady has a great attitude with attention to the littlest and biggest detail. She needs a raise and perdition to teach all of the employees. Good help is hard to find, but you found her. Thank you!
Everyone at this location is extremely upbeat, pleasant to deal with and extremely fast with having our orders ready. We go here multiple times a week and no matter who is here working we’re always ensured to get exceptional service.
