got there at 9:55pm. Asked for a bacon ranch wrap. Got told they dont make food like that after 10. Said it wasn't 10 yet. Got told they ran out of the ingredients for it. Stop being lazy and make it. I just got off work at a restaurant that had a table of 4 come in 10 minute before close. We didn't make up excuses. We made their food.

The person who took our order acknowledged our items, but then when we were about to pay we realized an item was missed. The bagels were unusual looking and we only received 17 out of the 20 Timbits we ordered.

Bagel was so burnt it was hard to even recognize what it was. Tim Hortons should start employing monkeys because I'm certain they could do a better job.

Waited 10 minuets for them to pour my soup into a bowl then when I asked for a peanut butter cookie the kid working behind the desk put my order through and then told me they were for the drive through. Waste of time horrible service. Btw there was only 3 people in the whole Tim Hortons
