Tim Hortons

Same as most Tim's. Busy at coffee break time not so busy otherwise. All Tim's are the same as far as food and service goes.

Was there this morning. Went to use a washroom and employee came out from stall next to me NEVER WASHED HER HANDS. Was going to talk to manager but they were too busy with drive through traffic and I didn't want to be late for work.

This place is an embarrassment. I don't know how many times I've tried to order my tea with 3 sugar and one milk and I get it with a whole god damn liter of milk in it and no sugar. Pull it together. Stop focusing on your drive thru times and focus on your customers. I litterally want to throw my tea back in your window.

Went for the last time tonight; have yet to go through the drive thru and have all the menu options available. Always either out of stock or not serving said product at the moment.

Tim Hortons seems to have gotten downhill. Years ago most of these "coffee shops" were owned by friendly staff who made sure the moral was great, positive, and took care of them. I have family who used to work at these stores. New owner recently and that is when the moral has been bad. Service being very slow, the new owner firing employees from medical leave, lack of employees with great knowledge, and negitave customer service. Sorry but Tim Hortons is a place I do not like to go in Lethbridge
