I ordered 2 junior chicken and poutine and it was all fine except for my double quarter pounder with cheese. I used to be a McDonald’s employee and I know damn well the proper size of the patty used in quarter burgers and it’s 4:1 but my burger has 10:1 in it which is smaller compared to quarter patty. I’m so disappointed please have some decency. I know how hard it is as a fast food worker but it’s not right to cheat on your customers!

I've given this place three chances, and each visit has managed to disappoint me more than the last. Somehow, every trip here sets a new low standard for food quality and customer service, and frankly, I didn’t think it was possible for both to be this poor.nnThis isn’t a case of miscommunication. The staff went over my order with me, confirming my choices—a sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel - and the same on a griddle sandwich. What did I receive instead? A random piece of chicken wedged between griddle patties. It’s as if they listened to my order, then actively decided to ignore it. Not only was my order wrong, but they took the laziest possible approach to get it done, as though they couldn’t be bothered to give even the slightest effort.nnAnd the drive-thru experience? A disaster. I waited a full ten minutes at the speaker with no response. When I finally mentioned this to the employee, she chuckled it off and then turned the rest of the ordering process into an ordeal. The level of carelessness and indifference here is mind-blowing.nnI won’t be back, and I’d rather wait for a place that can handle even the basics. This location is a prime example of how low standards can go, and it’s honestly impressive how little they seem to care.

Surprisingly impressed. Went in at lunch 12:23pm was served very promptly, my food order was correct and my food was piping hot. Only thing I didn't like seeing was the skip drivers tossing theor dirty bags on a table that customers are supposed to go eat at eventually and you know they won't be cleaned again because they still appear clean. Otherwise a pleasant lunch.

Drive through staff were extremely unfriendly “what’s your order?” And then when I pulled up to the window all the staff were standing around and sitting on the counter see photo. The woman who took my payment chugged her coffee while she shoved the debit machine in my face and didn’t bother to say hello after I said hello. The night time staff have become increasingly awful and rude. Do not recommend coming after 10.

I just came from your drive thru and got a bacon egg mc griddle and there was only one bacon in the f'n sandwich. Now I'm home and it going to cost me more gas just to drive back to get one insignificant bacon. Most of the time something is missing or wrong. I hate complaining but this happens to often for the price we pay now a days. Three bacon would be good like the other place
