McDonald's

I understand working xmas sucks. But i had to go back in the store twice to correct my order. Girl working till holding the kitchen staff together.

LGBT friendly Great place to eat, staff are mostly chipper and helpfull.great location. Drivetrain is busiest in town and can back up a while. Working here is phenomenal, it's amazingly easy to move up and they will train you for success

I just spent 40min stuck in the drive through @ 1:30pm on a Sunday. This is the most time I have ever spent in a line at a McDonald in my entire life. I will never be going back to this McDonald’s again. My food was cold and I ended up throwing it in the trash. If I was the owner. The management on staff at this time would be fired!!! I want my money back McDonald’s!!!!

Consistently long wait times. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes at 6:30am on a Sunday waiting for my order while watching multiple drive through orders go through while no one attended the front counter. To add insult to injury, a worker beginning their shift stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order food while their fellow co-workers scrambled in the back to fulfill orders. As a shameless, broke college student, I used this location multiple times over the 4 years I lived in Lethbridge and the service consistently demonstrated a lack of work ethic. When I go to McDonald's I want to be in and out like a bank robber; I've got friends in high places that don't need to see me eating the 'Dons.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Asked to pull ahead as we were waiting on fries, and after about 15 mins my wife went in, only to find a bunch of pre-teens standing around and our order hadn't even begun to be made. Then on top of that there was no apology and the so called manager seemed to not even care. Classy I guess for a bunch of monkeys.
