TERRIBLE experience here today. Went in. Wanted to order a coffee. Pretty simple. Six employees. Had to stand there looking stupid to order. FINALLY someone came. Ordered a coffee. Thats it. A coffee. So stood off the side. Waited. Waited. Waited. Person who took my order got hers before mine. Several cars got theirs before mine. A coffee. Finally after alike 10 minutes I got it. Not a sorry, not a thing. Just... nothing. The easiest order possible and it was apparently a huge effort to make. Gotta make sure those drive throughs and employees get served first I guess?

I went here while I was staying in town on vacation. They made my favorite drinks exactly how I like them and I enjoyed every sip. The staff were friendly and efficient at their jobs. It was great to find another Starbucks willing to serve me happiness in a cup!

Confusing, horrible experience. This Starbucks is labeled as a Drive Thru, so I don’t really see why they even bothered to offer walk-in, if it is going to be this awful.nnThe exterior has garbage bins piled up everywhere, and the entrance is fenced in from both sides.nnThe service was fast, and the team members were chatty, but it wasn’t a good vibe.
