Tim Hortons

I would give 0 stars if possible. Went in today about 10 minutes ago via the drive thru and ordered about $8 worth of items. Got to the window and when she said the total is $2 I said no and repeated my order, to which she began yelling at her coworkers that they couldn't do anything right. She passed me my drink and then said "well is that the right drink?" And I said I don't know, is it? To which she said she had given me the wrong drink and I gave it back and got my tea. This entire time she is yelling at her coworkers talking about how she can't do this anymore, throwing her headset around, while she kept my debit card on the counter beside her. She gave me my last item and I said have a good day, to which she ignored because she wad still screaming at her coworkers. Will not come back here EVER... What a horrid start to the morning. I don't care how much you hate your job, you shouldn't be telling customers that. There's enough coffee shops in town now, I certainly don't need to be yelled at by a Tims Employee. Ridiculous.

Worst customer service! Ask for 2 combo meals, plus a bagel and a coffee. I got the 2 sabdwiches, but only one coffee and one side! When I ask for the remaining items, their reply: "well, you didn't ask!"???

Pretty much the worst Tim's in Lethbridge. Their till is not setup correctly and I almost always charged more than the posted prices for lunch meals (usually around $1-2, which adds up quickly if you eat there a lot). They are often out of items and don't tell you until after you've paid and it takes soooo long to get your order. Most staff don't know how to fix it and I've decided it's less stressful to leave campus and drive to another Westside Tim's than argue with them or wait for a super long time.

Some staff are great and quick but most of the time you're waiting 20 or more minutes during the day to get food and drink. Drinks only its usually a 5 minute wait but its the busiest restaurant on campus they need to train their staff to be more efficient with their time. Most of the time the food and drink are good enough quality, have been given the wrong order on several occasions however. Best time to go is right when they open or just before close as long as you don't need a huge baked good selection!

The service was ok the iced coffee wasn't all that great i tasted more coffee and not the vanilla . i feel like everytime I go there in the university tim Hortons they don't seem to know what they are doing plus they look like they need help.
