I went there early today and had a terrible experience, the manager was extremely rude and refused to even let me get a word in when I would explain what was the issue with my order. When I went it I ordered a medium French vanilla with whip topping, and when I received it it had no whip topping and had coffee mixed in? When I asked for a new one, it looked like they didn’t even attempt to fix it. So I went back again and simply asked for a refund, and the manger refused. So I left all my items on the counter and left. I’m actually extremely upset with how I was treated and don’t understand how they couldn’t simply give me a refund, something they got wrong.

I was at this establishment for coffee with a friend. I rarely complain about things but today I was at a breaking point. After I ordered a young man asked for a glass of ice water and he was told it would cost him money and that it was not free. I’m so shocked to see that this is happening, especially in the heat of the day. He couldn’t pay so I intervened and asked them to give him a glass of water and I paid the 30 cents for it. I can’t believe this is right.nDoes this happen at all your Tim’s. Shame on you.nHe did come back in to ask to have his glass refilled with water and the manager looked over at me and said yes. Thank you for that.nIs this truly what happens at your establishment? I have been at Starbucks and they are always happy to give someone water when asked.nThank you

Mobile ordered a 6 pack of donuts. Store was sold out of donuts. Did not process a refund or offer any other possibilities. Horrible customer service. Will not visit again. The coffee company in the student union building is far better. My buddy also ordered through the boost app. They were sold out of ice Capps but had not marked it out at all. Offered us creamy chills and ice coffees instead. When I said I wanted a chocolate creamy chill, I was handed a vanilla chill instead.

They put items on the menu then don’t sell them.nnEdit: they no longer give sleeves for your coffee. Good luck carrying your hot coffee down to Uhaul.nnAnd don’t worry, they aren’t being rude- it’s just the policy

Found bacon in my CLASSIC CHICKEN WRAP even though I ORDERED A CLASSIC CHICKEN WRAP which the guy taking my order MADE SURE I DIDNT WANT BACON!!!
