Tim Hortons

Even the most simplest of orders is messed up on a daily basis. Order is either totally wrong or so improperly prepared that it's almost laughable. Always double check your order when visiting this Tim's. Photo's attached are only a few examples of improperly prepared items from this location.

Our family lives close by to this location so we frequent it quite regularly. In the last month, I have had to return two food items. The first time was a breakfast sandwich with rotten limp lettuce and tomatoes. I do not have a picture of this. The second time was today. I had to return another breakfast sandwich after one bite into it as it was toasted charred black and to a crisp. (See attached photo). I did receive a refund from the Manager Ollie, however, that does not make up for the inconvenience to customers. My suggestion for the staff would be to please concentrate more on the quality of food you are serving to your customers rather than trying to rush and push them through all the time to have the number count up. Tim Horton's seems to be getting well known all over for this as I have heard many complaints in regards. Customers should check their food after ordering and before leaving the drive through.

So....another simple and avoidable mistake caused me to make yet another return visit to this location tonight. Went through the drive through about 7 this evening and ordered my double cream....got a double double and went back for a repair.....of course, had to go into the store for this.....was the only one in line when I got there and 3 of the 'team' were doing the drive through......they did one car.......another customer came in behind me and we waited and exchanged bets on whether or not we were going to get service.......and we waited......and another customer came in and joined the line while the 3 folks waited for someone to show up at the drive through.......and now I was getting a bit cranky.......the 2 customers behind me finally left, and I actually waived my arms to get attention.......that I eventually got......and when I explained my smallish issue, the excuse I got was "I'm so used to doing double doubles" and that almost made my eyes cross at this point..........but I got my double cream......and not even an I'm sorry or one of the "I'm sorry" cards for a free coffee or for a ridiculously long wait.......AND, more often than not, when I go there in the evening they don't have a cookie or a muffin or anything other than coffee (that is sometimes WAY longer than 20 minutes fresh)..........need ownership......or perhaps new ownership........

I nicked sugar packets from the store and it bloody save my hands. It was the winter time and I went in the coolest to the fort but I didn't have any gloves and my hands are freezing to death. However I had Nick some sugar packets found this Tim Hortons and I let them on fire and that's the one my hands up and thought and ice my hands are still like to stay because this firkin store. Hope google translate this OK.
