Amazing service today especially inside with being so busy for Smile Cookie day. Had an amazing gentlemen who works there even help me with my food to tableon crutches even moved chairs around for me without asking. Super nice!!!! His name is Fateh. Asked for his name because he went above and beyond! Should get a raise for how nice he was and cared.

I visited the Tim Hortons near Quarry Ridge Rd on May 31, 2025, at around 10:40 PM, with the store closing at 11:00 PM. I walked all the way from RVH hospital to grab some food, only to find the store empty and all food cleared from the display. The staff informed me they were only serving drinks, despite 20 minutes remaining before closing. This was incredibly disappointing, as I expected a full menu during operating hours. If only a limited menu is available after a certain time, please update your mobile app or signage to reflect this so customers aren’t misled. The service felt rushed and unaccommodating, which isn’t what I expect from Tim Hortons. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent others from having the same frustrating experience.

On two separate occasions, approximately three weeks apart, I witnessed disruptive incidents at the restaurant. The first involved a homeless individual causing trouble, requiring police intervention. The second incident, occurring on May 10th, involved a customer behaving aggressively towards a staff member while requesting a refund due to perceived slow service. I commend the staff for their calm and professional handling of the aggressive customer, noting that the restaurant appeared to be short-staffed. I express concern for the safety and well-being of the staff and suggest that the owner implement a policy and signage stating that misbehavior or aggression towards staff will result in refusal of service, including refunds. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe due to the aggressive customer's behavior and believe the owner has a liability to protect their staff from such incidents.

In the morning of July 26, I went to the store again and bought an extra large coffee but the taste is so light not as good as usual. The tables are left without cleaning. When my wife went to lady’s washroom, strong bad smell and flush system broken without care. I will never go to the store again. I don’t know why Tim Horton kills its fame and brand so fast. Only there are many parking spaces available.

I often place orders at this store, and I used to feel very good about it. But today I ordered on mobile and went to the store to pick up my pizza. Not only did I not see my pizza when I arrived at the store, but the crew who was talking to me kept questioning and didn't even apologize. I am very sure that I have been patiently communicating. The bacon I finally received was roasted to a charcoal black color. I hope some crew members know how to provide polite service.
