Tim Hortons

I wouldn't recommend this Tim Hortons location to anyone. Unfortunately it is close to where I live so I have had multiple terrible experiences there. They take forever to take your order and serve you the food, which it's usually a 50/50 chance if they get your order correct or not. Today, I noticed that the drive through was backed up with about 15 cars but no line in the store, so I go in to the store. I stood there for 10 minutes even though there was no line in the store while people just ignored me until I finally got fed up and walked out. I won't be going there ever again. What a bunch of clowns. Unless you are looking for the most frustrating customer service experience of your life, STAY AWAY!

I would give -10 stars if possible. Who ever manages this location should be lucky to still have their job. I've been to hundreds of Tim Hortons, and this one is by far the worst. I've had multiple bad experiences but I will just lead with the one from tonight. Spicy Chicken Sandwich. ^ You ran our of sandwiches and gave me a baguette? Fine, not a big deal. But just tell me and I will order something else. If I am looking at your menu board and I order something, I expect it to be what it is. Not just something that was thrown together to make it semi acceptable. Multiple failures, I only go back because it is a convenient location. I wish it were a Starbucks or Coffee Culture or anything else. Edit: The last time I was in, I ordered a Chicken Noodle Soup. I received a large cup of broth. 0 chicken. 0 noodles. 0 vegetables. All broth.

Nice place to wait outside of hospital. Power available for devices at some tables and free internet.

I've been to tims n french vanilla coffee Is my favorite. It's been a very good experience
